Sydney Pardino, M.D.
BOARD-CERTIFIED ORTHOPEDIC SURGEON
Dr. Pardino is a board-certified, fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon with expertise in sports medicine. A native of Burbank, California, he earned his undergraduate degree in molecular, cell and developmental biology at UCLA in 2001. He then earned his medical degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2005. Dr. Pardino completed his internship and orthopedic surgery residency in Newark at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School in 2010, one of only three New Jersey State-Designated Level 1 Trauma Centers.
In 2011, Dr. Pardino completed an orthopedic sports medicine fellowship at the Ochsner Clinic Foundation in New Orleans, where he served as the assistant team physician for the 2010 NFL Super bowl champions, the New Orleans Saints, and the NBA New Orleans Pelicans. While residing in Southern California, Dr. Pardino established a comprehensive sports medicine program in conjunction with Desert Regional Medical Center and served as team physician for 5 local high schools and the 6-time Champion SoCal Coyotes developmental pro-football team.
Today, Dr. Pardino specializes in both nonoperative and operative treatment of sports medicine and extremity injuries, arthroscopic surgery of all major joints, shoulder replacement surgery, and fracture surgery. Dr. Pardino is fluent in Spanish and is known for his cutting-edge techniques and rapid-recovery outcomes, especially with knee, hip, and shoulder procedures.
